FAQ Answers
1.
How many
daylilies do I get when I order from
you? You receive two fans for every one you order. (For
example, if
you
order 2 Abstract Art's, then you get 4! Except where it clearly states
otherwise.)
2.
How much is
shipping? Shipping charges will be $12.00 for the first four
orders,
and $0.50 for each additional order. Shipping will be with UPS or

3.
How long does
it take to get my order? All orders are sent by priority mail
or
UPS, your order should be at your door in 2-3 days. A confirmation
email will be sent to you on the day your order is shipped. For more

4.
What if my
order has not arrived yet? If it has been more than 1 week,
then
contact us. We will work with you to figure out what may have happened.
We are not responsible for misdirected mail, nor stolen mail. For more

5.
How do I
contact you? Go to the contact page and we will address your
questions and concerns as soon as it is possible.
6.
Can I pay by
credit card? We don't accept credit cards directly for these
reasons:
1. Fraud, someone out
there may steal your information online, or they may be trying to use a
credit card that they do not have the authority to. We do this for YOUR
protection.
2. Cost, it costs fees
to use a credit card, and we wish to keep our prices LOW. We do this
for YOUR savings.
3. WE DO TAKE PAYPAL!
Paypal is a safe way to send money online from your credit card or from
your bank account! Check out their website for more information.

Can I pick
them up myself, instead of having
them shipped? Yes you can. Please mention that in the comment
section of your order and we will get back to you to
schedule the
place and time. You can

The one I want
is sold out, when will you have
more? Due to this being a product that is grown, the answers
vary.
Please contact us directly.
9.
Somebody else is
selling the same thing for cheaper,
will you match it? Probably not unless you buy a large
quanity of
that plant. Our fungicide and spray program is
expensive and done often. Doesn't hurt to ask though, contact
us and we will let you know.
10. I am
unhappy with
what I got, what do I do now? Contact us immediately, we

11. What
does it mean
that your flowers are "free of
rust"? Daylily rust is a fungus. It probably won't kill the
plant
but can make it look very ugly. The main method of spreading daylily
rust is by wind borne spores, however it can be spread by human or
animal touching or introducing infected plants into your garden.
All
of our newly purchased
plants are
grown in an isolation bed for at least one year. We also
have a regular spray program for the prevention of daylily rust and
visitors to our garden who have just come from another garden or
nursery are requested to wash their hands before touching our plants.
We
have never had rust and do
all we can
to prevent it.
